We do our best to maintain box contents throughout the week, please note that due to sometimes unpredictable availability of produce these are subject to change and swaps .
You have the option to exclude up to 4 items from your box and we will replace to items of your choice of same value .
Replacing items with your favourites is not guaranteed .
We update our box contents every Friday evening.
