Quinoa Porridge Mix
250 gm quinoa (mix of white and red)
750 ml water
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 Cinnamon quills
10 gm Honey
1 orange zest
Rinse quinoa and combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook quinoa till tender. To finish heat in a pan with 250ml almond milk, honey and mash a banana into it. Cook till porridge consistency. Add the topping of your choice, I love strawberry and bananas with crunchy seeds and nuts(all organic}.
