Quinoa Patty

Quinoa Patty: Is a very healthy option for healthy lunch, easy to make and delicious to taste.

Patty Mix

1red onion

1red capsicum

1 tbls ginger

300gm cooked quinoa (for this Recipe we need to cook and  cool down quinoa first)

2 eggs

1/4cup gf flour

½ bunch dill

1 lemon juice and zest

Salt and pepper

Finely dice onion, garlic and capsicum. Grate ginger . Mix all ingredients . And roll  into patties. Bake at 180’C for 15 minutes until set.

 

For Cream Cheese Topping

200gm cream cheese

1tbl spoon of capers

¼ bunch dill

1 lemons zest and juice

Salt and pepper

Blend till smooth.
